TWO LEG PLACEMENT OPTIONS
On oak and walnut dining tables 200cm+, legs can be attached in two different positions, either at the ends to maximise space on the long edges, or inset from the ends to allow people to sit comfortably at each end.
Please let our delivery team know in which position you'd like the legs attached and they will happily do that for you. There will be threaded inserts in both positions to allow you to change the leg positioning at a later date if you wish, it's just a case of unscrewing the bolts with the supplied allen key and moving them to the desired position.
DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
Our in-house delivery team will assemble your furniture in whichever ground-floor room you like free of charge.
For first-floor deliveries and above, we will make every attempt to get your new piece of furniture up stairs if possible, but we cannot guarantee it. For large items you may be asked to provide pre-delivery access information to help us plan accordingly.

While we make every effort to ensure our product sizes are as listed throughout our website, as this product is bespoke and handmade, there may be minor discrepancies as a result of the handcrafted nature of the fabrication process. All measurements provided have an accepted tolerance of +/- 1cm.

Small cracks, discolorations, indentations, or scratches are absolutely normal in these natural pieces. Wood is a living material that has naturally grown and works accordingly. Every piece is made and customised by hand and by artisans.

Shipping Timeframe
Some products are customised to individual specifications, which can result in a lead time of up to six weeks. However, most orders are fulfilled sooner. Shipping times for all orders will be estimated at checkout.

Returns (Bespoke Products)
We always accept free returns and issue full refunds for items with manufacturing defects or items that arrive damaged.
We reserve the right to assess returns for items without manufacturing defects where the purchaser has changed their mind on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to initiate a return, please get in touch with customer services as soon as possible.
Returns (Off-The-Shelf Products)
We offer full refunds to customers if they've told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of giving such notice.
